A clear, concise safety policy to ensure that your pet is not only safe, but all parties involved are safe and remain injury-free!

Suppose at any time during the grooming process your pet becomes nervous, fearful, aggressive or is overly silly to the point where continuing is unsafe. In that case, the process will be slowed to a level where the pet can learn that it is not something to be afraid of. Helping your pet to be calm, comfortable, and compliant will translate to the pet’s relationship in the home and at the veterinary office. This requires constant work and communication from all parties.

If an issue overwhelms the pet, I will not force them and will charge for my time and experience while maintaining a safe environment for your pet. I will also suggest outside resources to help your pet become accustomed to the grooming process, whether a veterinary consultation, behavior training, or tasks to work on at home.
